LifeServe is a nonprofit that focuses on providing blood to local hospitals in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Our local Providence Medical Center is on the list of hospitals they provide to! This is a unique opportunity to provide blood donations directly to our community and surrounding area.
Donors must be at least 16 years of age, and first time donors under 18 NEED to have a consent form filled out by a parent prior to donating. This can be done online, or on a paper copy (pick up in Mrs. Longe's room). Please review other eligibility requirements in the flyer below.
Here is the sign-up link to schedule your donation. If you are a first time donor, please create an account before scheduling. Students may sign up for time slots during their study halls and with teacher permission. Feel free to browse the LifeServe website to answer any questions, or contact Mrs. Longe!
