Wayne High School Bulletin for Thursday, February 20, 2020


All girls grade 9-11 planning to go out for basketball next season, please sign up on Coach Dorcey's door, Room 103.

Baseball Players: Next Friday there will be a baseball meeting in Coach Hoffman's room at 7:35 in the morning. If you're going out this year, it is mandatory to be there.

Prom forms are being emailed out to all juniors and seniors. This form, along with full payment, is due by March 6th.

Please check the lost and found. What is not picked up will be gone on Friday.

All Juniors: Please turn orders and money for plant sales into the office TODAY. There will be a white box in the office you can place your orders and money in. Please keep selling! You have until the end of February to sell.

The Wayne Rotary club provides 2 x $500 scholarships for Wayne students to attend the World Affairs Seminar in Waukesha Wisconsin at Carroll University June 20-26. UNL is hosting an "I'm First Symposium" on Wednesday, March 4th from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. This symposium is specifically for first generation college bound students (meaning you'll be the first in your family to go to college). You'll connect with resources, and professionals to help learn about the process (including financial aid, scholarships, applications, etc.). 9-11 graders also have an opportunity for a scholarship if they choose to attend UNL after high school.
