WHS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Girls Basketball: Meeting for grade 8-11, girls interested in playing basketball next year, in the Lecture Hall on Wednesday, April 26th, during Reading Period.

FBLA members are invited to the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting and a lunch at Creighton University on Saturday, May 6 in Omaha. If you think you are interested, talk to your parents and then let Mrs. Rasmussen know via e-mail by the end of the day Thursday, and she will see what can be organized to get you there!

Voting is now open for prom queen and king until the end of school TODAY.

There will be a breathalyzer at the Prom dance. It will be used only if there is a suspicion of alcohol use. Parents and police will be called if it is deemed necessary. Be sure to inform your out-of-town dates as well.

Student Athletes: Please pick up your complimentary Athletic Banquet ticket in the office before May 5. (The banquet is Tuesday, May 16.)

Take the safety belt quiz. True or false. More people wear safety belts in pickup trucks than in passenger vehicles. (PAUSE) The answer is false. Buckle up EVERY time, EVERY trip.

National Honor Society meeting for senior members during reading period TODAY in the library. Be prompt; we have a guest speaker.

ATTENTION SENIORS: Please get a current wallet sized picture of yourself to Marissa Munsell by Wednesday, April 26th. Photographs will be included in a tile for the class of 2017 and will be hung in the senior hallway.

Students interested in taking Drivers' Education this summer need to register by May 16. The fee is $250, and applications are available from the high school office. Contact Mr. Spieker or Mr. Schaub for more information. The classroom portion of Drivers' Ed. begins May 31.
