Reminder note from Mrs. A:
I use the texting app Remind to send mass messages to the choir and jazz groups, and when we are traveling. I have set up a class for the musical as well to keep everyone in the loop (parents are welcome to jump on this text thread as well if they want to). The information to join this text thread is as follows:
To join the message thread for announcements for Beauty and the Beast, please send a message from your phone to 81010 (type this where you would normally type someone's phone number or contact in your message) and type @musicalbe as the message and then send. It should not cost anything to join this thread, but it will count as text messages if you do not have unlimited texting. You also do not need the app to receive the messages.
Beauty and the Beast tells the story of a girl named Belle. When her father is imprisoned, Belle attempts to rescue him and gets captured by the Beast who was long ago trapped in his beastly form by an enchantress. The only way for the Beast to become human again is to learn to love and be loved, but he has to do this before a magical rose loses all of its petals or he will stay the Beast forever. Will Belle and the Beast be able to confess their love for each other before it's too late?
